Our Mission - Disabled Students in Higher Education

The purpose of Disabled Students in Higher Education is to improve educational opportunities for the disabled. The not for profit student organization aims to give a voice for the disabled where there was none before. Our goal is to organize, educate, and change the ways the disabled are perceived in the Educational environment. Finally, DSHE will see to implement changes to existing legislation in the ways that accommodations are given to Disabled Students through research presented and published for civic education
